People who know me, know that I am a little "new year" obsessed.
It is just that I have this love for the idea of fresh starts, new beginnings, change to our previous path.
This is THE day of the whole 365! I absolutely love resolutions, making our new years wishes on our wish paper that we set on fire on our kitchen table, the last picture of the year, the last run of the year, the count down, singing auld lang syne (totally off key with words that I make up). Champagne, funny hats, texting everyone I know at midnight, reminding them that I love them and they are in my wishes for the coming year.
I hope we all get the fresh start, put the 'times long past' to rest. I have some plans for 2019. I have hope and excitement. I am going into the 2019 with the intention of moving forward with self-love and courage. (that was from a quote I posted on my instagram).
I wish you a wonderful year. Be mindful of what is going right, and keep it. And, to find the bravery to change what needs to change.
